The entire family will love a vacation in this spacious condo located on Bell Channel. Just bring your clothes and personal items as everything else is there! Kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher so Mom can relax too. All cook ware, microwave, stove and double ovens, large refrigerator with ice maker, serving pieces, storage and dinnerware is provided. All small appliances: drip system coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, you name it.

All linens/towels provided, iron and apartment size ironing board. Laundry facility on premises. Smoking is permitted but quitting is encouraged.

There is a phone for local calls, stereo, CD player, color cable TV, VCR, DVD player and movies in main living area as well as a TV and VCR in the master bedroom.

Our bedding is to die for - you've heard of the Heavenly beds at high price tagged resorts - well we offer you pillow tops on your mattresses. Mattresses are kept updated, no backaches sleeping here; and only quailty products are placed for your use.

The Lucayan Beach is right around the corner

The location is perfect. You can walk to beach, brand new Our Lucaya golf course redesigned by Trent Jones Jr., the Isle of Capri brand new casino, Port Lucaya for shopping, eating, water sports, tours, free nightly shows and much more. The bus stop is just around the corner. The grocery store only a mile away. Spend the day doing watersports, tours, beach going, shopping, whatever your pleasure or just lazing around the patio just outside your doors. The patio surrounds the large, shaped pool. A very nice place to spend a family vacation or an affordable vacation spot for a group of persons.

This is a popular location for repeat visitors. Everything is seen too on your behalf: comfortable beds, furnishings and plenty of amenites. This is a very spacious living unit, not cramped or crowded space. There is approximately 2,000 square feet of living space available.

Extremely spacious for 6 persons; allows privacy and 4 separate bedrooms for 8 persons;living room is actually large enough to accommodate an air mattress for 9th and 10th guests.
Use of dock is a courtesy and does not create a bailment; no services or utilities provided; all guests must sign waivers prior to use of facility and availability is limited - prior notice and consent absolutely necessary. In the event the dock is not available, Port Lucaya Marina is a five minute walk from the unit (right around the corner) and offers a full service marina with 24 hour security.
**Maid fee is to clean after you leave. This ensures everyone arrives and finds a nice, clean unit

Additionally there is a refundable $300.00 security deposit.
